Hey there everyone!

My name is Seth, and I'm SUPER excited to start focusing on my real estate investing goal. I've owned a successful marketing agency out of Boston for the last 4 years and I've always wanted to invest in real estate.

I've bought my first home (believe it or not, I'm only 25 so this is a great accomplishment) almost with cash, and I'm super thankful to finally be going after my dream.

I have two things that I want to focus on, flipping and buy+hold. The buy & hold strategy is very appealing for building long-term wealth and really the freedom to do what I want with my time. I love working hard, but I also really want to travel the world!

Anyway, any advice or suggestions for bringing in a large volume of properties to assess would be great.
