I am an experienced lender and borrower in Phoenix, so I would love to share my experience with you all.  

But the building and loan were both under my name. 

Called my insurance agent who convinced me to file a claim, and the insurance company will act as my attorney.

We are about to close on a property soon in Philly and are planning to do the following work --Add HVAC, Add a full bathroom and add a half bathroom, Fix kitchen (keep same layout)My contractor is saying that (Approach - 1 ) - we don't need to pull permits.

Columbus market is a little out of my price range, but I was thinking about investing in the Newark, OH area. 

Now the downside...In my area they recently started mandatory lease renewals.

I bought my first investment property that is currently cash flowing well I have talked to my bank and they said I can pull $100,000 of equity out on the house.

But I might just be exposing my own biases here.  

I could rattle off 10 off top my head but know there are more.
