I am one of the Originators of the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy, over a 6 year period was responsible with approx $400 million for building the NY solar Infrastructure on Long Island, changing policy and laws as well as working with all Trade Associations which resulted in towns incoporating Energy Star Homes into law, made LEED standards, transition the lights to LEDs,  played a big part in construction of the first Solar Hydrogen home in US, involved in ES, wind, Electric Vehicles, Battery Storage, new and retrofit commercial and more.Over my career I have encountered every possible technology, good bad and scam.

I would look at midtown (cooper young area and overton park), mud Island, beale street area, and near graceland to start.

Right now I am on Long Island, NY and finding home with positive cash flow is pretty hard.

The question I have is that we will be moving from Rhode Island to the Savannah Georgia aria next summer.  

I think at this juncture, we may want to have each project be its own 'island'.

I'm a new real estate investor who is involved primarily in the boroughs of New York, and Long Island.

They worked out fine in the end and although not much cash flow, they lead me to other Cash flow positive investments in St Simons Island, GA and Charleston, SC.

I may also be interested in wholesale.But here's the problem - I'm a Non-US Citizen who lives on an island.

I'm a wholesaler in the Long Island area but looking to expand to other states!

I am coming from Rhode Island's RE market which is very different.
