patch of land closes lots of loans.. so as long as the terms are to your liking I think your good.. caution private people hitting you on BP saying they are lenders... there are a huge amount of social scammers out there that have figured out that borrowers are the next ones to fall for the Nigerian prince scams..

Direct Mail Social Media EmailThe biggest challenge we have in our business as it pertains to multi-channel marketing is that our mailing list usually doesn’t have the sellers email address so that would negate that channel and only leave you with DM and SM.

In my day job I teach 5th graders math, ELA, science, and social studies. 

Most of the guys your age just want to know about video-games and social networking!
