Hello BiggerPockets Family,

My name is Vic, also known as Agent Vic on Social Media, and I just became a Pro Member on BiggerPockets and am excited to start this year off with a bang!

Let me share a little bit about myself:

I was born an Entrepreneur and was very business-minded even as a young boy. I started my first 'business' at preschool at the young age of 4, when my grandfather and I would buy candies from the dollar store in bulk and I would flip them for a Profit.... at 10 I started selling Pokemon and Yugio cards, at 13 I began flipping things on eBay and buying and selling miscellaneous items from garage sales, at 15 I started Vic's iPhone Xessories, 17 I established Vision Creator Social Media Consulting (as well as creating other multiple side businesses during these years as well).......

Currently, I am an 18 Year Old (about to turn 19) Entrepreneurial Hustler here in Sacramento, California and just graduated high school about 6 months ago. I obtained my Real Estate License before my high school diploma. Real Estate has always interested me and I decided to get my license in order to learn more about the industry and to buy my first property. Since June 2017, I have sold 3 properties so far.

I came to a realization about 2 months ago which ultimately led me to switching brokerages, that INVESTING in real estate is a much better way to build long term wealth and accumulate money rather than chasing potential buyers and sellers. Although I still intend to grow my traditional real estate business, my goal is to gain the knowledge and skills necessary in order to become a well seasoned Real Estate Investor! 

I would like to connect with other Real Estate Investors here on BiggerPockets, especially local investors in Sacramento and the surrounding areas.

My goals for 2018 are:

• Sell at least 30 Properties as a Real Estate Agent
• Start a Podcast (already in the process of doing so)
• Learn as much as possible about Real Estate and grow my knowledge, skills, & experience 
• Buy my first home as well as acquire 2 other rental properties
• Control 3 Properties under Lease Options that cash flow at least $200/month
• Make a minimum of $113k in assignment fees from wholesaling
• Create a Multi-Million Dollar Network by establishing relationships with High Net Worth and Ambitious Individuals
• Grow my Personal Brand as much as possible
• Start a vlog and document the journey (in the process of doing this as well)
