80k salary, 50% + DTI because of other investment, have two income producing properties, looking to grow. Any advice for finding financing? No backers in family/social circle. Deal: SFR in Columbia Missouri. In my neighborhood, 1200+ SF split foyer in need of cosmetic upgrades. Value 115k conservative according to my mentor/realtor. Budget 10k for repairs.
