You will still need to wash it down, but a regular spray nozzle on a garden hose may be enough after the bleach.

Once you are named as additional insured, and you have an ongoing relationship with the contractor, you will usually continue to receive updated certificates of insurance (until the contractor cancels the policy or notifies the agent to remove you from being named as additional insured).

No matter what type of architecture, or exterior finish, many times updating with energy efficient doors, windows, new trim, and paint will do wonders.As for the maintenance of stucco, IF IT'S APPLIED CORRECTLY, and you have good gutters, etc. on the house, you shouldn't be having problems with mold.
