Is it easy to manually add the rental income on the app and will it sync in order to show the overall financial reports for the property?

We don't show without our completed app. which is everything except credit and background.

I got an app called DealCrunch which I really like bc you can label it and upload pictures.

You do have to be ready to either self manage the rental (maintenance, cleaning, booking through the apps), or hire a management company which will eat into the profits.  

Try to check other estimator app.

I like the app Karl's Mortgage Calculator.  

If you are looking for many properties, spending on sites has a better chance of being worth it, but if you are looking for just one, like a next property, personal letters after building a list on List Source is a good first step or using an app like Deal Machine to skip trace and mail properties that you already judged to be of value to you.
