You're inspiring! 

I'm inspired to find a better way. 

I have always been inspired to expand my financial portfolio into real estate investing and I am looking to do so as soon as possible.

My 2 cents, let's keep learning, learning and learning from the people who already are doing it right like @Dawn Anastasi ...congratulations Dawn, it is very inspiring to see other women doing REI so successfully

I know one of the inspirations for me was to add rental properties as passive income to support my wonderful wife and kids.  

Your primary interest does not have to be real estate (though I expect multiple people in the mastermind will have real estate as a focus considering we're finding each other on BiggerPockets).I was inspired by the GoBundance group, however I'm holding off on GoBundance after finding they have a $10,000 per year fee to join.
