Hi BiggerPodcast community!

My name is Kyle and I just recently moved to Charlotte, NC this past October. I currently work as a Business Tech Analyst for Bank of America. I have always been inspired to expand my financial portfolio into real estate investing and I am looking to do so as soon as possible. I listen to BP podcasts all the time, and expediting my learning through the wealth of knowledge in real estate investment books.

My focal point in the real estate world will be on multi-family opportunities that can produce passive income month-over-month. My roommate Nick wants to jump into the real estate world and has a unique skillset as an architect and offered to work with me and provide great discounts on materials and tools needed for renovations. I am excited to be working with an ambitiously minded person like Nick. We are very much open to learning from the established BP community and hearing your success stories to help us become novices and pros one day to help others achieve their dream of financial freedom.

I am currently 28 years old and would like to have 6 rental properties by my 30th birthday.
