Check with your TSP administrator to see if you can withdraw the funds (even with penalty), and then deposit some or all of the funds back within 60 days to avoid the penalty. 

The application does say this:"False information given above shall entitle owner to 1)reject this application, 2)Retain administrative fee/holding deposit, 3)Terminate applicant(s) subsequent right of occupancy.So given that I would think I'm covered? 

Unfortunately with this property I "inherited" a slow-paying tenant, an eviction where the tenant waited until the last minute to move out, followed by the realization that the property was a drug house, 40 man hours of cleanup... then the two break-ins.  

im not really sure what offices he went to but he contacted me and informed me he did all he could in philly to set up an estate and name himself the administrator of the estate.

My Question  is I have a cousin that is on Section 8 housing and she had a problem with mold so she couldn't get the owner to fix it ,so she reported it to the Section 8 housing administration and they withheld the landlord rent for 3 mos  until she got the problem fix and then a whole was made when they came to fix the problem.

We have legislation allowing the police to seize a property if it is a drug house.

The latest one, there has been domestic abuse and drugs in the apt, so there are needles, damaged wall, broken window, etc. 

If I were selling drugs this is the best deal.
