Of course I do quicker, easier "subprime/Non-QM" loans that are a little higher in rate than bank loans, but think the concepts are the same.  

I'm not sure if this was the concept you had in mind for the Craigslist property search algorithms but IFTTT is a free website where you can set up 'recipes' or searches based off keywords in Craigslist ads.
