If you have a business plan and you're doing this full time it might be worth another look. so...Investor Carrot = Get it if you're serious about having a web presence and dominating google rankings to get organic and PPC leads that convert like no other.Realeflow (or other CRM) = newb cannon fodder, but if you're experienced or following a biz plan / system it would probably be worth it.

It comes back to your marketing budget and tracking the results of your efforts, which you should always do.After you send out direct mail, people that are interested will usually Google you and or visit your web site.Ranking high and getting a lot impressions is one measurement, yet direct contact is what I measure most.

i will use an existing web service, not my own, to locate notice of defaults in my area. then call or mail letters to those owners and negotiate a price for their house so they can avoid foreclosure.from that point i would assign the contract to another investor of of my buyers list.
