Not sure about other states but in Texas you can type the property address into the county appraisal district web site and get the owner for free.

You need to decide the type of life you want to live, the work you need to do, any employers you need or want to affiliate with to decide which of these markets are your best bet.

I have not done any rentals in the area myself.I have heard good things about ICW:http://icwdevelopment.com/property-managementNot affiliated at all but I do know the principles and respect them and feel confident they do good wuality work.

We are going thru this right now by an imposter with a fake website and phone number.Do yourself a favor, Adrian, and stay of the web when looking for lenders. 

Rent Check's web pages are a little dated but the reports work just fine.
