Hi Everyone,

I am looking to start a property management company and I already have my first customer to manage 32 units (collection of 4plexes). I am in the process of getting my broker/real estate license and am shopping for a cloud based property management software with the following features;

  • Tenant Portal
  • Rental Owner Portal
  • Whitelabel Website
  • Online Leasing
  • Maintenance ticket generation, and vendor contact/reach out
  • Invoicing for Rental Owner
  • Online tenant Payment
  • Online rental owner payment
  • Mobile Access

So far Buildium is my top choice and I wanted to see if anyone has had experience with them or can recommend another company? Also - Any advice or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

TT
