Hey guys,I need some help.My partner and I are working on the rehab of a house whose backyard faces the exit of a highway.Luckily at the point, where the house is located, the noise from the highway is not very loud as there is a considerably smaller flow of vehicles taking that exit of the highway.In order to block the view (and sound) to the highway exit and maintain some privacy, I am considering planting fully grown-up trees.Has anyone here done that before?

Also if you do decide to move here I would encourage you to think about transporting your vehicle and paying the title transfer fee ($90) instead of buying new vehicle here and paying sales tax. 

For my real estate clients, I don't invest their funds in any real estate investment vehicles for the obvious reason of diversification. 

Fully permitted studs out remodel, electric vehicle ready, this might as well be a new home!

While they can take a crazy long time as investors they can be amazing "vehicles".

Do you get a lot of responses with your vehicle wrapped?

It is so easy to get caught up creating marketing vehicles and ebooks and webinars etc.

I am looking into these options as my long-time colleagues and I are researching investing vehicles/structures that will allow us to scale easily to achieve our individual goals, together.
