I think a lot of the panic comes from the unknown, the uncertainty of how long we are supposed to be social distancing from, not knowing how long folks will be out of work for.

A minimum of a 6 Feet social distancing should be required if seeing the interior of properties is required. 

Meetups in this area may be a challenge, even without social distancing, but I have already begun sending connection requests to members in the area with the hopes of building a local group soon.

That might be fine, but they might be forced out of business if there is a claim, and then you’d have no sponsor there at all to manage your investment.Part of the issue here is we are in a litigious society, and the bigger you get the more you are a target for frivolous lawsuits.
