I like to hold 1960-1980 built CBS. simply because they are gonna yield so much more return than those newer properties. you like the stable and I like as higher return as possible in short amount of time.

Historically, I have invested mostly in the stock market, but I've really spent some time learning more about RE investing, specificallly on the SFH and small MF side, and I'm thinking this would be a good place to deploy some of my capital (if done correctly of course!).

Long story short, I was able to convince my original installer that I deserved a new coil and free installation because this was obviously a manufacturer's error (Lennox lost the suit) and I as a customer should not have to bear the cost of their mistake.

Some cities, communities, neighborhoods, etc, don't allow short term rentals (some HOA communities for example).With that said, I don't see why it would be a problem.
