Most people on BP aim for $100-200 per door on a rental, and some aim for the 2% rule (something I've never seen in my area, but a good goal to shoot for). 

But what if rates shoot up and you have a 5 or 7 yr fixed?

Do you have a set % of ARV you shoot for in your purchase agreement well below the widely recognized 70% minus repairs minus assignment fee?
