New guy from NC

Hi everyone! I joined BP a while ago, but did a lot of 'lurking' before deciding to post and introduce myself.  I've been listening to the podcasts for months now on my way to and from my full-time job, and reading as much as I can in my spare time.

My wife and I are aspiring investors looking to learn all we can before we start looking for deals early next year.  We live near Asheville, NC, and are primarily looking for SF/MF properties in NC and SC for when we start investing.  We are hoping to make new friends and learn all we can, particularly how to find and evaluate potential markets for our investing (the more I learn, the more questions I seem to have).
