I'd estimate 15%+ of airDNA revenue is cleaning fees vs booking fees.

If the revenues don't appear to match the expectations set by the rent roll I would definitely inquire.

If you want to just pay the mortgage and use it a few months a year, you might have a chance of breaking even.  2 bed is not going to generate a lot of revenue compared to a 4 bedroom home.  

@Lorenzo Prieto if you find an area that has favorable regulations, the next step I'd recommend is going on sites like Airdna, Rabbu, and Airbnb to figure out what revenue estimates to expect and also what renovations you can make to stand out from the crowd.
