I'm using these guys for mostly lead generation and data input, not anything accounting-wise.Here are some of the tools I use to keep us working together virtually.Slack / Skype (Slack does voice now)Zapier (for automating leads that come in from Unbounce -- put them into our CRMs, txt via Twilio, etc)Zendesk / Freshdesk (for important things that need a ticket)Google services (easy collaboration)

You can research BP all about that topic.The list you pull depends on what you want your target lead list to be.  

Is it like a social security number or does it get reset to a new number the next time it's listed?

Hit them up every month.On another note...your time is actually probably better spent trying to generate listing leads than doing BPO's.

Getting an extra few bucks doesn't really give me an incentive to give you the lead before it goes to market when I have a guy that closes everything I bring him.
