I'm researching several methods of determining ARV for properties in my area and came accross a site called homesnap, which also has a mobile app.

We have researched that there carriers who would insure the property for liability and flooding, if it should ever happen again.

I have researched to find an answer without success.

Mike Hurney - The numbers don't make it a home run deal right off of the bat, but I decided to research parking as an alternative investment since MF deals are tougher and tougher to find now a days.

Whatever you choose - just be sure to do your research.

My Realtor researched the city permits and found that the owner pulled permits.

I would assume that before you invested your time and money in getting your degree, you researched job prospects for that degree.

Though I spent a fair amount of time researching on the use of "earcons" back in my {under} graduate days {when they were not common at all} I personally find most devices and interfaces too chatty these days ;-)
