3 Day or Quit Notices in Ohio

I have to give such a notice out soon to one of my tenants in Ohio. I have researched to find an answer without success. Do any of my fellow Ohio investors know if this needs to be done certified or just hand-served, or even just mailed?

Since I live out of state, I need to determine whether or not I'm hiring to have it done or not. The laws I have found so far are not specific about this process, as they are on the actual eviction.
