I truly would like anyones opinion on ways to start and put your best foot forward.

My lot is 116' x 50' so the foot print of the building would be no more than 110 x 44.

So I'm looking at the area you need for a single chair its like a 4 foot by 4 foot area.

Another option is to invest in a primary residence using an FHA loan like a small 2-4 unit and house hack to get your foot in the door.
