I just bought my first property in the Bronx, north of Foxhurst. It's an 8 bedroom duplex, and I got it through a VA loan for $550,000. It took months of looking, a bunch of rejected offers, but I finally did it! Thanks to the Bigger Pockets community for all your assistance!

Hello everyone! Congrats @Tae Young Lee  and welcome to the Bronx! I am also an owner of a Duplex in the Bronx, in the Laconia area, since 2015. Its great to see such enthusiasm for the Bronx and to network with other investors in the borough!
