This means that unlike Brandon, I don't climb on roofs and pull rocks out of plumbing :)This also means I don't do my grass. 

@Claudio Goliaas others have mentioned, vacation rentals can produce some great cashflow if you get the right deal, right location and property management.  

I hate it but it's like bandit signs it can produce leads if done right.  

I'm able to produce positive cash flow as since I live here and able to manage myself.

Condos are ubiquitous along out beaches and if I had to choose I would say that Treasure Island, Indian Rocks, Redington and Madeira Beach have some of the more boardwalk type feel with some small shops, restaurants and hometown feel.take care,Doug
