Everything in the Universe is in perfect balance and when a bad thing, or what appears to be a bad thing happens to us is it for a reason and I would suggest to you that if you sit a look at what the benefits are to you of this deal you will find that it is as equally good for you as it is bad.

I’m an agent here in Las Vegas that actively has an eye out for homes that would fit perfectly under this strategy.

It drove me crazy to not have projects that would add equity (without ripping out something that was already perfectly good).

I have been looking to make the jump from SFRs to MF and researching and analyzing "potential" deals very diligently.I have found what I would consider "a perfect MF deal" in a city I feel comfortable investing in.

Trying to find that perfect moment with the perfect approach ... will only cause analysis paralysis. 

They would be perfect for an investor that is looking to add more properties to their rental portfolio, which I plan on wholesaling these deals to.
