Hello all, long time reader first time poster.I listened to the most recent BP Podcast and they talked about multiple streams of income and I have a quadruplex with very little storage for my tenants.

This investor will most likely listen to the CPA as his Tax Liability is high and his biggest impact to his growth is taxes.Scenario 2 - Investor B has a many properties, a little bit of liquid capital, large retirement, lots of equity, married with kids. 

We found it helpful to start with reading as many books as we could listen to.

Educate yourself by networking, reading books, listening to podcasts, etc, because no one will do it for you.

Happy to be here, listening to the podcasts all the time, reading the books, trying to learn as much as I can and eager to build wealth and create a new financial story for me and my daughter. 

Listen/watch/ read motivational content every day for 10-20 min first thing in the morning, This is like a good workout for the mind.

You can listen to what everyone tells you to but do your own due diligence.Otherwise you will probably fail as an investor.

I would say listen to the podcast, read books, and just talk about investing with knowledgeable people.
