Renting out a Shed on multi family property

Hello all, long time reader first time poster.

I listened to the most recent BP Podcast and they talked about multiple streams of income and I have a quadruplex with very little storage for my tenants. I think I could add external storage lockers or sheds and rent them out or loop them into rent. My question is, has anyone done this with their multifamily and if they have, what size did they use and what type of lockers or sheds were successful for them?

Thanks!
