Mobile home parks are great investments. 

Since they are mobile and can be moved to any location is there a certain code they need to built to and also is calculating arv and estimates the same and also how do you take into account taxes ?

Google, Yelp, Facebook....they all have review platforms.

I just listened to his session tonight and while the strategy is definitely interesting, the presentation was almost entirely 1) Things you should already know if you're going to be any sort of real estate investor, and 2) Very high on the motivation/rah-rah to try to drive an emotional response, and very light on the 'brass tacks' of making this strategy actually produce profits (especially compared to the mobile home park guys that spoke over the summer--that was a no-BS presentation).I'm signed up for the Saturday session so hopefully he'll start providing some real details there, but at this point it sounds perilously close to Guru-speak

I have been doing some research on smart locks that are integrated with the major platforms.

I don't know the area but I believe you just aren't reaching enough people and getting on more platforms besides craigslist is critical.

Housing, mobile home parks, self storage and industrial are good bets moving forward but you definitely want to steer clear of office and retail REITS 

Looking to remodel mobile homes to flip, so any experience in that field would be great. 

I am trying to purchase two lots, each with a mobile home on it.
