Looking at different trailer parks and a lot seem to be in Florida and mainly full. My worry is how bad are they affected by hurricane season and if so how hard is it to replace or keep tenants with lost or damaged homes
Brandon Turner would. In a trailer park typically you own the lot not the trailer. Im sure the tenants wouldn't want to pay if their home was missing, but you wouldn't be losing your property to hurricanes.
Mobile home parks are great investments. You own the lot in most cases, which is a good thing. Tornadoes seem to feed off of them for some reason. There's a reason why they call them mobile homes I guess.
