which is a good thing.... my guys I am funding now.. at a few a month are enjoying a very nice fix and resell retail market.. with homes selling in a matter of a few days to few weeks to homeowners. so your not flooding neighborhoods with rentals.. this is a good thing as well.

by living below his means - He drove a piece of crap car through college AND dental school - he lived way below his means while he was paying off school debt and saving money to buy his practice --- now he owns a considerable practice which generates massive monthly paychecks, but he still drove that same crappy car until it caught fire about 6 months ago --- did he go out and buy the luxury automobile?

Now, how does this work without causing massive amounts of inflation, well the company still hires out their positions as same rate, then the US government steps in and supplements the income VIA stimulus for an employee that makes under a certain amount, because lets face it a CEO making 500K does not need a pay increase.

Even without credit checks, we have to evict one tenant about every 3 years and I will bet that our average number of evictions is no worse that landlords who spend a massive amount of time doing credit and background checks.On the darker side, I think I personally rented to every tenant that had to be evicted because I am a bad judge of people.
