How can I get into real estate with no money or job?

So I graduated from college in 2016, but since then I've had to move in with my mom and I've been looking after her. I didn't worked during this period and I realized that I am not good or interested  in my field of study. I'm looking into sales and marketing, but a lot of them seem to want relevant work experience. In fact, all jobs seem to want work experience.

I'm interested in real estate brokering but I don't have a driver's license of any driving experience. I'd like to invest in real estate (fix and flips) but I'm not sure if I can get any loans given my lack of a job. With a job that pays $15-20/hr would it be possible to get a loan to do a fix and flip? I'd very much like to earn some money.

Why not find a job with an investor in Vancouver - labour; assisting with finding and analyses of potential deals; etc.  Once you are settled in, you could offer to put some of your funds into a deal as a way to learn .... and then work up from there.
