Hello BP,

I wanted to see who out there has purchased or who is interested in Commercial Real estate deals, mainly raw land zoned commercial.  I have been coming across a few deals and would like to survey those who are serious about commercial investing, through-out Austin, Texas and the surrounding areas.  Thanks in advance for your response.

Hi Andre,
I have an investor group that is interested in buying around 3 acre land in high traffic location preferably in Leander, Cedar Park and Pflugerville.
Current thoughts are to build a gas station, and small retail center.
