You can do this as a passive investor but I also like to share that w/intention, you can still learn a ton from these deals when or if you ever want to do this yourself one day.  

I am curious if anyone is willing to share who they use for insurance for their rental properties in the Kansas City area.

I'm somewhat new to investing as well but I am always looking to learn from and share information with others.
