Kansas City Insurance Broker / Agent and Handyman wanted

I am curious if anyone is willing to share who they use for insurance for their rental properties in the Kansas City area. I have a couple properties right now, but have a package of single family properties under contract right now, and am looking for a good insurance agent/broker to give me some quotes. I'm in the Kansas City / Independence, MO area.

Also, as my business is growing, I'm constantly looking for good contracts. Does anyone have a good handyman they'd be willing to refer.
