I can't see that doing anything except causing issues.

Within this community I firmly believe that whatever the issue someone here has experienced it and will be willing to provide helpful information.

No real benefit unless you're experiencing issues that may be related.

Is that an issue that could occur with a wholesalers title company? 

The bigger issue I think is the Z-Wave protocol which seems to be clunky and wrought with problems. 

The same with electrical issues even though those are much fewer. 

I had similar issues with late rent. 

They may not cover local issues, but are great to get the wheels turning in where to  look next to grow.

@Andy Welmers - This is a local issue, so hopefully someone from Ottawa will see this thread.

We'll need to do something if we ever want to sell because we may run into the same issue these owners are with financing a property with a mobile home-as buyers we couldn't get financing so they were limited in who they could sell to.
