+1 on that Jonathan Wolter, Quickbooks works great for real estate, when set up correctly you can create all kinds of reports to see exactly what is going on with your properties, your accountant can also customize the file for you, so that you can track your mortgages.There is an article somewhere on the internet on how to set up Quickbooks for real estate, it has been a while so i do not remember where so anyone interested can google it.

If I could somehow buy a house in a state I've never visited with partners I knew only through the 'internet' and help organize a meetup of real estate investors in Korea and have Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner attend our meetups, all while living and working in Korea, running a business and raising two children, then I think anyone can do it!
