The property is being managed by Renter's Warehouse and I do not have any contact information for the homeowner (other than their address in the Notice of Trustee Sale).How can I go about starting up a discussion with the owner to purchase the property?

Many have it for foreclosures, but not for shortsales.In general, the listing information in the MLS is a little more detailed than the consumer search sites like Realtor.com or Zillow.

We can search through all previous listings and in the archives which personally has given me tons of information on the property.

Speaking of good interest rate, it just went up to 4.98% My lender is legit but if I am not wrong, because they're local bank, they do loans only in Maryland but I will share his information with you if you're still interested and I could be wrong.And I truly appreciate your offer to help me and I will happily appreciate your help.

If your agent knows the general nature of what you're doing as you explained it here, I would question them not informing you of that!
