I have no money, just a dream.

Hey everyone. My name's Jarrett, I live the Seattle area. I have no investing experience and no money, but I do have a dream. I want to call the shots in my own life and be my own boss, and I believe real estate is the vehicle that suits me best. I do have fairly good credit, and plenty of sweat equity. I also want to become a licensed contractor and highly skilled in carpentry and electrical. I've got some basic skills and knowledge, but need plenty of training. I have a full time job right now that barely pays the bills. Anyone out there have a similar story to tell?
