Hi BPers,I was wondering whether any of you would be willing to recommend a legal counsel to help with contracts and/or a tax person that is knowledgable about real estate investing and ideally also international taxing.

Think about the average American and structures they live in as they age, generally...dorm or large apartment (college) --> fourplex or duplex (first job/20s-30s) --> town home (30s) --> single family home (30s/40s) The ideal most attractive housing for most people is the single family home.  

Scott:Regarding working with one realtor, yes, that would be the ideal if you buy his /her listing exclusively.

Wouldn't it be ideal to bid in the judicial auction?

Ideally, I have three or four scheduled, which translates to 2-3 actually showing up.We discuss qualifications and restrictions on the phone and I ask "will that be a problem"?

They'd rather keep looking than plan on painting a room, like the paint color or clutter somehow made the house defective, no longer their ideal, so they wouldn't be happy there.
