Rental question
Hello, I'm 18 years old an bought my first home in southern Indiana and fixed it up. I'm ready to rent it out to a tenant. The question I have is what do other landlords charge to move in. Security? First month? Last month? Or all three. Thank you

what I would like to know more about is how did an 18yr old purchase a rental home and fix it up? That is way more interesting.
