Just got approved for my first mortgage and currently on the hunt for a property here.

We have two homes my brother and I rent from the LP, one rental, one bare lot we rent to a company for parking/storage, and some land we bought to hunt on outside Rosebud.I like San Antonio, so much more character in the older homes than Houston.

I have been on my first Multi hunt and have been struggling with the idea on getting my desired location of multi vs multi that are much cheaper but further up north where I don’t really want to live but for the sake of getting into my financial freedom financially makes more sense.And while going to shopping for multi I definitely saw having tenant in as a plus but your article opened a door for additional perspective.I agree lowering the rate on rent is good idea.

I have been on the hunt for the right Multi family deal for about 4 months straight now. 

BP members,  Im a military member moving to Edwards AFB in 5 months and am on the hunt for a fixer upper in the Lancaster/Rosamond/California City/Tehachapi area.

I haven't heard of Pace Morby's Gator tribe so I had to go hunt it down.

Just please don't be the person that puts no effort into either and then complains that they didn't figure it out on their own or got ripped off because they gave tens of thousands of dollars to a stranger with no track record or references.I wish everyone nothing but success....happy hunting in the downturn that is coming!
