Welllll......that's not a science, but after a few losers, you start to see and feel the signs during screening processes:  Difficult to verify income despite alleged long term employment, previously lived with parents for 5 years (unless they got a killer job, what has changed?)

When I was new I would also host happy hours for private lenders as well.

Will be hosting a BBQ meet greet for the members if you interested.

But if you know how to build a high performing website and already have a hosting account you're paying for... and want to invest the time into building it out... maintaining it... continually tweaking it and optimizing for performance... then for sure a Wordpress site is the way to go and you can keep the financial cost down but the time cost will be higher.

Agents post to social media pages, host open houses, email blast to their contacts, flyers to local business' are some ways to market. 

It is usually the first Monday of the month and hosted by @Dave Hurt.  

There are a number of meetup groups that the RPOA hosts that are free to attend and are particularly helpful if you're looking to grow your team.
