Well, if you really expected a heated pool for Thanksgiving (and Christmas and New Year's Day, for all I know), you should take your complaint to the local magistrate and watch them bellylaugh you out of court as soon as you present your November water temperature readings...BiggerPockets HAS to be getting interns to write some of these topics up, I swear.

My basement was a higher quality finish, Built better than the rest of my house, however I was able to get a taxed only as a rec room by not installing heat in the basement.....There was a boiler in the basement which I actually built a room around however it does generate enough heat With the door open to satisfy that requirement in my basement.
