You want the parcel/property to be worth more than 3 years of taxes and interest.1)Very few liens ever go to foreclosure 2) Arizona has a 3 year redemption period on tax liens so there are many months for other liens to be added to the parcel before you ever get to a tax lien foreclosure.

I envisioned that prices in Pittsburgh will come up and eventually level with the other southwest Atlanta beltline neighborhoods, especially if and when most of the properties and parcels along University are developed and University Avenue complete streets project is completed.  

Including cleaning the house, patching walls, peeled paint due to stickers on the walls, they left the kitchen really dirty, food in the fridge, etc.

Anybody have any experience with food cart pods or know someone who does?

Hello all,There is a 0.8-acre parcel for sale in Lexington, KY that is slated for 8 townhomes, inclusive of a garage for each and extra off-site parking.

Sometimes a QI will get confused about the rules and buying multiple apartment units in different parcels.

It will have parcel information including zoning, utilities onsite, etc.

I’m not even talking about,  ‘there’s a roach in my food’, maybe more of a ‘things could have been better post investment or my property manager sucked, or I can’t believe the premium I paid’.
