People just have to get out there and look, it might be smaller secondary markets, but those are my favorite anyways as there is less competing inventory, less competition for deals and less chance some big guy like yourself is going to come plop down a 200 unit building on the next block  ;)!!

Typically those banks aren't my favorite though, even in Canada so hopefully some other options!
