Did you ever find a contractor in College Station. have a rental that needs work

Looking forward to being a part of this community and growing in the Real Estate Industry. 

. :-) My exposure so far is limited, so I'm hoping theirs was maybe early growing pains for the group.

I do I lot of Buy, Fix, Rent and sell Turnkey  That Way I am making money every month while waiting to sell, and at the same time my portfolio is growing!  

I became interested in real estate after reading the ever so popular Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

But I find that being proactive will keep your business on the GO without you ever feeling like business isn't coming your way.

Yeah, not a whole lot off retail, but this would be basically no money down except closing costs, and would still cash flow about $300 a month, while building $10k a year and growing in equity.
