Morning Everyone, 

I am a new member to the Bigger Pockets webpage and currently operating out of Arizona. I am looking to make a move into the Real Estate Investment industry by way of wholesaling to start and then eventually moving to flipping and building a portfolio of rentals. I'd be happy to work along this path with other business partners if anyone is interested. Of course if anyone wants to share some do's/dont's please feel free to do so. Looking forward to being a part of this community and growing in the Real Estate Industry.
